ALCOSAN, the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, is holding a community meeting in East Liberty to update customers on the development of the Wet Weather Control Plan. These meetings will include proposed solutions to address sewer overflows.
Customers are encouraged to visit East Liberty Presbyterian Church (116 S. Highland Ave.) Tuesday, Oct. 19 anytime from 5:30-8:00 p.m. There will be a brief presentation at 6:30 p.m.
In addition to this community-focused meeting, there will be a region-wide meeting Thursday, Nov. 4 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Senator John Heinz History Center (1212 Smallman St.).
