Construction/Building Trades Laborers assist other trades and crafts persons on large public and private commercial projects. On the TARGET project, there are representatives from the Laborers’ Local 373. 373 Laborers are affiliated with the local, state, and national Building Trades as well as the local, state, and national AFL-CIO organization. 373 Laborers enjoy 4 classifications that exhibit training, expertise and specialty areas.
