Conflict Kitchen (on the corner of Highland and Baum),  a take-out restaurant that serves cuisine from countries with which the United States is in conflict, is about to open its second iteration, Bolani Pazi (tentatively scheduled for Nov. 12). The first iteration, Kubideh Kitchen, served Iranian kubideh sandwiches.

Bolani is a traditional Afghani flatbread, baked and stuffed with one of four fillings: lentil, potato and leek, pumpkin or spinach.

Stop by Bolani Pazi every day from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. or on Friday and Saturday nights from 11 p.m.-3 a.m.

Conflict Kitchen has also been featured on the Design Observer Group website, Change Observer!
