In the “Best of Culture & Nightlife” Category:
Kelly’s Bar & Lounge (6012 Penn Circle South) received four rankings including Best Bar for a First Date, first place; Best Cocktail List, first place; Best Bar for Drinking Alone, third place and Best Lounge Bar, third place.
Shadow Lounge (5972 Baum Blvd.) received five rankings including Best Dance Club, Best Hop Bar/Club, Best Lounge Bar, Best Open Mic Event and Best Themed Dance Night (Title Town theme), all second place mentions.
Sharp Edge (302 South St. Clair St.) earned one first-place award for Best Beer List.
In the “Best of Goods & Services” Category:
Club One Fitness (6325 Penn Ave.) received one third place ranking for Best Health Club.
Goodwill (5993 Penn Circle South) received two rankings including Best Place to Buy Vintage Clothing, first place and Best Place to Buy Vintage Furniture, second place.
Home Depot (400 N. Highland Ave.) earned a second place mention for Best Place for DIY’ers.
MCN Salon (5932 Penn Circle South) earned one first place ranking for Best Hair Salon.
Trek of Pittsburgh (5956 Penn Circle South) earned a third place mention for Best Bicycle Shop.
In the “Best of Food & Drink” Category:
Abay (130 S. Highland Ave.) earned a third place ranking for “Best Restaurant to Taste Something New”.
Brgr (5997 Penn Circle South) received a staff pick for “Best Way to Increase Your Daily Consumption of Calcium” for their spiked shakes and floats.
Spoon (134 S. Highland Ave.) received a second place mention for “Best New Restaurant”.
