East Liberty was recently featured in a Pop City post for our Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) pilot project. Mellon’s Orchard South, a plan for 79 to 85 housing units, is to become one of the region’s first energy efficient, environmentally planned urban neighborhoods.
East Liberty is one of only two projects of this kind in the region, the other being the Cultural District. Please read more about the exciting, ground-breaking developments in East Liberty!
