Construction of the Ellsworth Avenue Pedestrian Bridge will begin Monday, April 25! During a majority of the construction process, Ellsworth Avenue will be closed except to local traffic. The detour will begin at Shady Avenue in the east and extend to Maryland Avenue in the west, with traffic sent down Alder Street. The detour will continue until the end of November.
