East Liberty Presbyterian Church is proud to present pianist and Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Randy Bush in a free concert Sunday, October 28 at 5:00 p.m. in the church’s majestic sanctuary. Dr. Bush recently returned from a 3-month sabbatical in New Zealand, made possible by a Clergy Renewal Grant from the Lilly Foundation. Part of his sabbatical involved intensive piano study in preparation for two concerts at ELPC as part of the Cathedral Concerts 2012-13 season. The second concert will take place Sunday, March 3, 2013.
Pastor Bush will be joined in this concert by violinist Tami Osborne Pederson, violist David Seward and cellist Mary Amrhein-May in a performance of Mozart’s Piano Quartet in G Minor, KV 478. In addition, Dr. Bush will play solo piano works by Chopin, Scriabin, and Villa-Lobos.
A free-will offering will be received. For more information, please call 412-441-3800 x11 or visit CathedralOfHope.org.
