People across the country are asking for more trails within their communities. Trails play an important role in the attraction of residents, businesses, and economic activities to a community, as well as increasing the quality of life of the community’s residents.

Join others interested in the future of trails in Highland Park, learn about sustainable trails, lend your ideas for future trail connections and learn how to get involved with trail building and maintenance Monday, November 14 at 6:30 p.m. at the Atrium of the Union Project (801 N. Negley Ave.).

The Pittsburgh Trail Advocacy Group (PTAG), Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and the City of Pittsburgh are hosting this meeting. Anyone interested in the future of trails in Highland Park (whether for mountain biking, dog walking, hiking or jogging) is invited to participate!
