Join Wireless Neighborhoods, the Bloomfield Garfield Corporation, Pittsburgh Public Schools and other community members as they observe Lights on Afterschool on Oct. 21 from 4-6 p.m. at Pittsburgh Peabody.
Lights on Afterschool is a nationwide event to call attention to the importance of afterschool programs. The celebration at Peabody will include a demonstration of successful afterschool programs in action, youth entertainment, and guest speakers from local leaders whose lives have been affected by afterschool programs.
