On Tuesday, June 11th, learn about New Burgh Real Estate’s mixed-income development on Negley Ave and zoning change request.

The Village Collaborative of East Liberty will host a Development Activity Meeting in conjunction with the City of Pittsburgh to review the proposed multi-unit development planned for 300 North Negley Avenue.

The developer, New Burgh Real Estate, is requesting a change in zoning to allow for an increase in residential capacity.
