Just got word this morning that Penn Manor-the newly constructed 55-unit apartment building at the corner of Penn Avenue and N. St. Clair Street- is fully leased. I think the lease-up took less then 30 days! Many of these families are new to the neighborhood. Others are coming back to their new homes after being asked to relocate from their old ones. Nice job to the developer The Community Builders! And, congratulations to all of our new neighbors.
