Named one of the top ten dance events in 2011 by the Post Gazette, this year’s installment of the newMoves festival promises to be bigger and bolder than ever. Expect evocative new works from more than 15 choreographers showcase a variety of short works.

New this year is a symposium on Friday and Saturday featuring leaders in the dance community from around the country. Don’t miss BLOOM! Dance Collective performing their bold and fearless full-length dance/theater piece, CITY — “a political pamphlet entwined with movement.”
