Circles is looking for a Catapult program manager who will be responsible for the overall success of this innovative business incubator program for low-income, African American entrepreneurs. Reporting to the Circles Greater Pittsburgh executive director, the program manager oversees training and mentoring of cohort members in conjunction with Paramount Co-Op, and manages our retail incubator, the Gallery on Penn. The program manager will lead the expansion of this program and the opening of a second gallery location in the Hill District in 2020 as well as work with the Circles executive director and board on evaluating other expansion opportunities.
