Ms. Pamela Collier has served on the Board of Directors since 2003. She is the founder of Lord Marketing & Communications established in 1996. She majored in Pre-law Criminology at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1995. Along with her vast knowledge and experience in Marketing and Administrative Management, she contributes greatly in upholding the standard of excellence ELDI has set for East Liberty. She always challenges the organization to think outside the box, standing on the cutting edge of community development.
