PITTSBURGH magazine had its first “Home Design of the Year Awards” contest this year. ELDI’s energy efficient Prototype Housing was entered into the contest and will be featured in the March 2010 issue of the magazine! The Prototype Houses received honorable mention from the judge’s panel for “Best New Custom Home Under $1 Million”
The Prototype Houses are located within the Historic Enclave of East Liberty. These houses are 40% more energy efficient than housing built to code.
