With the close of one year and the start of another, we’re taking a moment to reflect.
Over the past four years, East Liberty has continued to evolve in many exciting ways, and we have made significant progress towards our goal of increasing affordable homeownership in the neighborhood.
Since 2020, we have rehabbed and sold 64 homes, 50% of which were affordable. 62% of those sales were to minority buyers.
In 2025, we remain committed to working with our partners to foster a thriving mixed-income community and look forward to helping more families build the generational wealth that will sustain a vibrant neighborhood for many years to come.
