Please be advised that during the month of October, there will be construction site activity at the Target site after 1 a.m. This activity includes the delivery of mortar, which involves heavy truck traffic and backup warnings. The areas that will be most directly affected includes those on Broad Street, specifically Fairfield Apartments and East Liberty Gardens.
