oooh, I love that from my office in East Liberty I can now walk to both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Now all we need is a cool neighborhood coffee shop in the heart of things at Penn & Highland!
Regarding the “cool neighborhood coffee shop” mentioned by Andrew above: The Kelly-Strayhorn is interested in exploring the idea of a food-and-drink concession and fair-weather sidewalk cafe, to be located in our lobby, that would serve both the audiences that attend shows at the KS, and also neighborhood snackers during daytimes in warm-weather months. If you are an entrepreneur and would like to discuss this with us, please go to http://www.kelly-strayhorn.org and contact us.
What is going to happen to the urban store davids. I like some of the changes and some I don’t I have lived in the east liberty area all my life and am 36. They don’t want to leave east liberty so what is going to happen to them
