On Saturday, March 9, from 9:30AM to 11:30AM the Pittsburgh Green House will host a seed sharing event open to the public and those interested in urban gardening for a price of $10 per person.
Seed sharing, a practice common among gardeners, encourages diversity in the garden while providing the opportunity for fellow gardeners to share their success stories and swap growing tips. Those who attend this event will help to sort and have access to over 30 different varieties of vegetable seeds.
